KWM Elects Josh Rose as a Partner

KWM is very pleased to announce the promotion of Joshua Rose to Partner. Josh will continue to focus on estate planning, estate and trust administration, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship matters from the firm’s St. Louis, Missouri office.

Josh received his J.D. from Saint Louis University in 2018. Josh is a graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been consistently recognized by Best Lawyers and SuperLawyers as one of the top attorneys in his field. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.

Since joining KWM in 2020, Rose has maintained a diverse practice that includes assisting individual clients with estate planning, administering trust and probate estates, and taking primary responsibility for contested fiduciary litigation and guardianship matters. He is also active in community and bar activities and is a frequent speaker and writer on topics within his areas of expertise.
