Josh Rose Co-Authors Article on Guardianships

KWM is pleased to announce that St. Louis attorney Joshua S. Rose was recently published in the Spring 2022 edition of the St. Louis Bar Journal. Josh's article, which he co-authored with Heather Hall, explores several issues that often arise in guardianship and conservatorship cases in Missouri. Josh and Heather discuss, in depth, the concepts of Due Process that are implicated by these proceedings, as well as protecting the "best interests" of the respondent.

Josh Rose joined the St. Louis office of KWM in August 2020. Josh focuses his practice in fiduciary litigation, trust and estate administration, and guardianship/conservatorship. He routinely serves as court-appointed counsel for respondents in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings in St. Louis County. He was recently admitted to the BAMSL Probate and Trust Law Steering Committee, is a graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and was included in the 2022 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for his work in Trusts and Estates.
