Experience
Michelle K. Scholl is an attorney who came to the firm after serving as the Probate Law Clerk at the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. Michelle’s practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, probate and trust administration, and related estate planning matters. She also assists clients on probate and trust administration matters to support fiduciaries throughout the administration process and prepares and reviews estate planning documents. Her experience analyzing estate plans and trust documents in contested court proceedings informs her practical, detail‑oriented approach to administration and planning.
Michelle brings substantial experience working directly with probate courts on contested matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and guardianships and conservatorships.
