Maggie joined Kembell Woods & Martinsen in 2026 after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Kansas.

Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax planning matters. Maggie assists individuals and families with the design and implementation of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents. She also advises trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and family members in the administration of trusts and probate estates
