Erin draws on over 20 years of experience working in the fields of estate planning, federal taxation, and business succession planning. Erin's practice includes representation of individuals on all aspects of wealth transfer planning, including the implementation of sophisticated planning techniques.  Erin has also represented individual and corporate fiduciaries on a wide variety of issues, providing advice and counsel to the trustees as to their fiduciary duties.
 
Erin began her legal career in private practice concentrating on the areas of tax and estate planning.  Just prior to joining Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP, Erin served as Senior Trust Counsel for a bank managed trust company providing legal advice to private and institutional trust relationships as well as providing legal and regulatory advice and guidance to the company.
