Chris works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families to implement strategies that protect their assets, ensure smooth transitions to future generations, and minimize taxes such as gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. He prepares a broad range of customized planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care directives/living wills. He also assists clients with administering trusts and estates, preparing estate tax returns and gift tax returns, and forming limited liability companies.
