Experience

Allison Evans Gottschalk is an attorney with Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP, specializing in trust, estate and fiduciary litigation matters. Her practice also includes guardianships and conservatorships and trust and estate administration. Prior to joining the firm, Allison spent nine years practicing law in Arizona with the firm of Becker & House, PLLC.

After growing up in Liberty, Missouri, Allison attended the University of Arizona where she received her B.A. in Political Science. She then earned her J.D., with distinction, from Phoenix School of Law. While attending law school, Allison began clerking at Becker & House, a boutique firm in Scottsdale specializing in all aspects of trust and estate law. Upon her admission to the Arizona Bar in October, 2010, she practiced as an attorney with Becker & House for the next nine years, gaining extensive experience and success as a probate litigator.  She formerly served as a Board Member of the Probate, Trusts and Estates Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association, a Judge Pro Tempore for the State of Arizona, and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

In the summer of 2019, Allison and her husband, Andrew, left Arizona to move back to the Kansas City area with their daughter, Izabella. Shortly thereafter, Allison and Andrew welcomed the arrival of their second daughter, Zoe. Allison enjoys spending time with her family and loves animals, cooking and traveling. She was admitted to practice by the Missouri State Bar in September, 2019.
